Maintaining harmony under all circumstances is the key to navigating through life. By remaining calm and composed in each moment, we keep life in perspective. We are able to connect with the bigger picture of potential while sorting out appropriate courses of action to address any situation before us. We can release our attachments and reactions knowing that they are only a small part of the experience. Harmony reveals the presence of love.
Life is an ever changing landscape of experiences and…

If only there were evil people somewhere, insidiously committing evil deeds, and it were necessary only to separate them from the rest of us and destroy them. But the line dividing good and evil cuts through the heart of every human being. And who is willing to destroy a piece of his own heart?

Tolle explains to us how we can differentiate between who we are and who we think we are.

Do not judge whether what you are doing is impressive or mediocre, spiritual or mundane. Just do it with enthusiasm. Just give yourself to whatever you do with this full knowledge: "God is within me. All actions that I perform are an offering to Him."

Life is a beautiful interplay of imagination and manifestation. Known in other ways as feeling and thought, feminine and masculine, yin yang, each requires and adds to the other. In an amazing dance that allows us to create and recreate our world, these energies continuously merge into each other to form a union that brings wholeness to our expression. Inspiration held with determination is what creates our physical experience and when this process is conscious and balanced, great manifestations…

Each day I ve been getting up at sunrise and going out in the van collecting cow pats to mulch the garden.
As we re so high up here on a limestone ridge the soil is thin so I always take thick bags and buckets with me when I m our walking to collect extra soil and dung !

The primary basis for what we commonly call "Self-Empowerment is first creating what will become the primary filter through which we form all fundamental perceptions. Our State-of-Mind or "mood" determine how we look at the world, and what we see as a result. So the primary skill you want to learn is the importance of choosing your state-of-mind and cultivating it intentionally.
Our state-of- mind is based on how the Mind/body are used in regards to Focus, Physiology and Meaning.. What we chose…

“Creating the Ideal you”
An ideal serves as a model of your highest potential that is used for a template and standard of measure for all planning, creative strategies and basic decision making. An ideal provides you with a strategic model for self-exploration, growth and expansion. An ideal is a pattern of excellence that is developed by giving our full attention to maximizing our virtues, strengths and talents by creating a “self-concept” through which they can be actualized. When we aspire t…

When we endeavor to become conscious creators in our life and participate fully in helping to facilitate our own growth and development, we start first by creating an ideal of ourselves. An ideal serves as our “personal pattern of excellence”. This can be thought of as an idea we create about our self as being the very best we can be. This gives us a model that represents our perfection that we then aspire towards and use as a living template for modeling by imitating it.
When we create an image…

At the moment Im working wonderful long hours in the forest.... clearing dead wood and brambles and discovering ancient hidden pathways and magical glens.
Three laylines meet in the heart of the forest and it is full of nature spirits.
The earth is rich and pungent and I ve been raking up the leaves and planting box cuttings and rhododendron bushes and bulbs for next spring..... burning dead wood and juniper on bonfires at the end of the day.
The needles of the juniper crackle and hiss and the s…

Dear Friends,
It is in the stillness of our heart that we find the peace we seek in the world. It is the connection deep within to the very source of our being where we recognize the oneness of life. It is here that we transcend the duality of perceived right and wrong thinking, judgment, control and attachment. In this awareness, we let go of the need to have the world behave according to our preconceived expectations and we dare to love unconditionally. We embrace love for love’s sake and in…

Ambition To Meaning: Finding Your Life's Purposes [WOW]
This is absolutely a MUST WATCH. Please take the time to "experience" it.
This movie will touch you, inspire, focus your thoughts, your questions. Wayne Dyer seems to put everything into words that I have only within my own thoughts if they were expressed, but of course...Wayne does it so much better. [Actually, we all have played these parts, are doing so, or now reflecting former times...]
For those on th…
