BOOK of CHANGE
I just thought I'd share with my friends some thougts from my Book of Change . Comments are welcome:)
"CHAPTER 5
Meditation 17.11.07, 7 AM
I surrender to the Divine in me. There is no need to fight it any more. I see and recognize and bow to the divine in every single human being. Hello dear brothers and sisters. Remember me? We met many times already. Long time no see:). How have you been? It is so good to see you again. How is your Matrix treating you? Mine is turning out to be a beautiful playground to learn and meet you all.
HEALing. HEALth. I am willing to surrender to Health. It is inside me and it has always been. Why fight it? Why go look for it some place else and get frustrated when it is not there? It IS not there! It is here inside, just recognize it, let it shine and it will vibrate and radiate from your every cell.
These perfect sparkling particles of Health – you, and me we are made of them! Relax. Relax into Health. Right, healthy, harmonious thinking. Complying with the spiritual Laws. Gratitude. Trust. Acceptance. Honesty. God, I like the sound of this word in my head. HONESTY. Such warm feeling inside. No need to pretend. We pretend only if we don’t trust that we are perfect, only if we doubt.
How do we learn to believe that we are not good enough when we are already perfect and always have been? How easy is to buy into this inferiority game… How liberating is to come back to yourself, to real You.
Recognize everything you are made of. Embrace your mind, your identity, your body, your vehicle here, and remember that you are just a perfect compilation of beautiful particles under the microscope. The same like everything else in our so-called reality.
Oneness. Let go of categorizing and discriminating.
How funny - I ALWAYS had this feeling. Spending hours studying the literature critics at the university. How do they really know what the author wanted to say? Why do we have to accept their mighty opinion as truth and have exam questions about what that “important” critic said and how he categorized the “poor author guy”?
Why our culture gives more importance to the critics then trusts its own opinion about the originals??? It’s like “I don’t have the time to read the book, but there is a short critic’s review, so I read it instead and now I know what the book is about”…
It is like living somebody else’s’ life. Why bother to find my own way when you just can adapt the existing one? Lack of Trust in ourselves. Comparing to the prominent opinions. I am not smart enough to understand the book, so I’ll just accept somebody else’s interpretation. It is time to sing your own song, brother!
Why do we always want to categorize into bad and good anyway? Why this obsession with right and wrong, why divide, why the duality? Why this urge to pin labels on each and everyone?!
Isn’t it funny to have hundreds, thousands of shelves and folders in your head where everybody and everything falls into a category? How rigid can we get… This funny necessity to pin a label on every one. This one is “strange, but loveable”, that one is “arrogant and well-worth avoiding”, and that one over there, third one from the right on the shelf-number 56 is “simply genius”?
And what even more curious: are these labels really your authentic opinion or are they just adapted to “look good” in the eyes of society, to be accepted, to “fall into category” on somebody else’s shelf?
(And are these labels really about “them”? Aren’t they just millions of reflections of “us”? This one reflects the part in you that is “strange, but loveable”, that one shows the part that is “arrogant and well-worth avoiding”, and don’t we just love that one over there, third one from the right on the shelf number 56, that proves that we are “simply genius”!J)
Our obsession with and eternal struggle for validation! We really forgot that we are all divine, just as the next guy. No need to buy into struggle, just remember and recognize the divinity in you.
Yes and the funniest of all, I bet we heard it only a million times: “Nobody can ever change; people always stay the way they are”, ha-ha-ha, honest:))
I can’t help laughing at myself now. How righteous one can be; I have believed in it religiously myself for a long time. Being stuck in the comfortable old categories. “Oh, please, don’t mess with the labels, they look so nicely organized in the bookcase, lovely order, different colors and sizes.” That is just the Virgo in me ;)
It is so humorous. How good it feels to break free and realize, that it is not that so called THEY can’t change, it is “us” who have fear to change our perception of “them” (fear, that mirrors our own fear to change ourselves, it does not feel comfortable and safe…), fear to trust that “they” can be different! But they can... And so can we!
We just are, we are one, there is no good or bad, there is just our perception of it, we paint it different colors and call it names and pin the labels and then pass it to the following generation as indisputable absolute Truth.
But we are waking up. Halleluiah.
The old is dying. It has lived its course. It has served its purpose. Like the snakes changing their skin. Like a cocoon giving birth to a butterfly. Like an ugly duckling becoming a beautiful swan. Adios Homo Sapiens, Long Live Homo Illuminati!
Welcome to the new Era of Love, Peace, Light, Creativity and Freedom. You are going to love it!"
