Administrators - Help with overall site design and function, need to have HTML skills and fundamental knowledge of Ning setup and administration, welcome new members and encourage member participation.

Hosts - Welcome new members, contact inactive members, recruit new members, contribute to overall spirit of love and harmony, moderate members comments and blog posts keeping things in line with sites guidelines and encourage member participation in forums and groups.

Forum Moderators - Contribute to forum topics, respond to forum posts, moderate forum posts and comments keeping things in line with site guidelines and encourage participation.

Group Leaders - Oversee individual groups, contribute to group discussions, moderate group discussions and comments keeping things in line with site guidelines and encourage participation.
